NYCEDC Harlem River Greenway

As a subcontractor, True provided regulatory compliance and permitting services for the Harlem River Greenway project in New York, New York. True coordinated and attended meetings with the various resource agencies at a city, state, and federal level for applicable permits for the project. The purpose of the meetings were to engage and gain input from commenting and reviewing agencies early on in the design process in order to identify any potential design elements that could pose significant regulatory hurdles that would prolong the review process.

True prepared required environmental permit applications and submitted them to the project team for review and comment. After addressing any comments, the applications were submitted to the appropriate regulatory agencies. Our professionals addressed any comments on the submitted applications and resubmitted application materials as necessary to address comments received from the reviewing agencies.
