The Project
True Environmental maintains annual on-call service contracts with the City of Hampton, providing a wide range of hydrologic, hydraulic, and stormwater management solutions. The team has supported roadway design and improvement projects by performing inlet and storm sewer calculations using Ensoftec’s InletSoft and PipeSoft software. Notable projects include the Franklin Street Extension, Pembroke Avenue Phase Three improvements, and Merrimac Shores Area Outfall Drainage enhancements.
In addition to roadway projects, True Environmental has designed stormwater best management practices (BMPs) to help the City meet its Chesapeake Bay TMDL requirements. Key examples include the wet pond at Boo Williams Sportsplex and the King Street stormwater basin retrofit, both of which improve water quality and enhance compliance with regulatory standards.
