The Project
This project centers on securing an NSR Construction Air Permit in New Mexico for a 260 MMSCFD gas processing facility. Our team delivered a full suite of air compliance services, including a fugitive emission inventory, initial air permitting, and LDAR surveys to ensure regulatory adherence. We also managed NSPS reporting and executed subsequent permit modifications to accommodate critical upgrades, such as the addition of an amine unit, thermal oxidizer, and a third train of operations, supporting the client’s expansion while maintaining environmental compliance.
