Jim has over three decades of experience in the environmental industry. As CEO of True Environmental, Mr. Stamatis has grown revenues by 65% and earnings by more than 600%. In addition to organic growth, Jim oversaw the acquisition and integration of several strategically important businesses under a unified company brand. He extended service offerings to new and existing clients and geographies, leading to accretive growth synergies, and assembled a best-in-class management team. He also implemented several successful company-wide programs, including project management training, inclusion, and diversity, as well as the expansion of Zero Harm health and safety initiatives. In 2018, he led Louis Berger’s successful sale to WSP, a publicly traded global professional services firm. Mr. Stamatis earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology

Dean has over two decades of experience in the environmental consulting and engineering industry. Before joining True, he served as CFO and a member of the company’s Board of Directors for Environmental Consulting and Technology, Inc. (ECT). Prior to that, he served as President of Strategy and Development for the U.S. Western region at Wood PLC (LSE: WG), a leader in project management, engineering, construction, consulting, and industrial services. Before that, Mr. Harwood spent 16 years in senior roles at Parsons Corporation (NYSE: PSN), including Business Unit Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Operations and President of Parsons Enterprises.

Mary is a dynamic and highly skilled human resources executive who possesses the ability to transcend the transactional to the strategic, ensuring process excellence throughout the employee lifecycle. With expertise in designing, creating, and implementing innovative programs to enhance culture, improve employee performance, and support change across the organization, she is a trusted partner to business unit leaders, able to balance talent strategies with operating financial demands. Mary brings 22 years of successful human resources management as a senior leader in multiple roles and functions.

Neal is an accomplished engineer with over 30 years of experience in projects spanning transportation, infrastructure, water, and environmental sectors for government agencies and private clients. Over the last decade, Mr. Weitman has held executive leadership roles with WSP, a leading professional services firm, and predecessor companies. Neal recognizes the key to all successful mergers is an appreciation for the acquired entities’ cultures, investments, retention of staff, and supporting initiatives focused on top-line growth to achieve goals. Neal has also worked closely with Jim Stamatis, CEO of True, for over 20 years at Louis Berger before the company’s sale to WSP.

John brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of transformative change from small and medium sized to multi-billion-dollar AEC organizations. He has served as a catalyst in operational change management and turnarounds, leading large-scale technical business implementations and programs, including digital transformations, cloud adoption, and AI initiatives.
